Adopting descriptive and library based research methodology, this paper studies the symbols of Adolescent’s Poems of Biuk Maleki compiled in ten volumes. According to the results, it should consider this poet as a socio –symbolist figure of this genre. The symbols of Biuk Maleki in his poems are all involved in social and human concerns. His poems are divided in six distinct symbolic networks based on their diversities. Their frequencies include: human, cosmic, color, plant, animal and light networks. This division shows the special attention of poet to the diversity of choices among symbolic words. In fact, this article tries to explain the symbolism of Biuk Maleki through the division of diverse poetic symbols, the expression of possible symbolized meaning of the words and finally the illustration of symbols’ frequency with chart insertion.

We address the throughput maximization problem for downlink transmission in DF-relay-assisted cognitive radio networks (CRNs) based on simultaneous wireless information and power transfer (SWIPT) capability. In this envisioned network, multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) relay and secondary user (SU) equipment are designed to handle both radio frequency (RF) signal energy harvesting and SWIPT functional tasks. Additionally, the cognitive base station (CBS) communicates with the SU only via the MIMO relay. Based on the considered network model, several combined constraints of the main problem complicate the solution. Therefore, in this paper, we apply heuristic guidelines within the convex optimization framework to handle this complexity. First, consider the problem of maximizing throughput on both sides of the relay separately. Second, each side progresses to solve the complex problem optimally by adopting strategies for solving sub-problems. Finally, these optimal solutions are synthesized by proposing a heuristic iterative power allocation algorithm that satisfies the combinatorial constraints with short convergence times. The performance of the optimal proposed algorithm (OPA) is evaluated against benchmark algorithms via numerical results on optimality, convergence time, constraints’ compliance, and imperfect channel state information (CSI) on the CBS-PU link.

Different types of contact, including contact between node pairs, any-contact of nodes, and contacts of the entire network, are used to characterize social relations in mobile social networks. Different modes of routing, from the point of view of message delivery semantics, encompass unicasting, multicasting, any-casting, and broadcasting. Studies have shown that using probability distribution functions of contact data, which is mainly assumed to be homogeneous for nodes, improves the performance of these networks. However, there exists an important challenge in studies on distributions. A lot of works apply the distribution of one type of contact to other types. Hence in routing applications, it causes to use of the distribution of one type of contact for any mode of routing. This study provides a complete solution to model each type of homogeneous contact data distribution and to use them in different modes of routing. We propose a routing algorithm that uses this new model. Results show that our solution improves the average latency of comparing methods Epidemic, TCCB, and DR about 3.5-times, 30%, and 45%, respectively. It achieves a delivery rate of about 5% and 6%, and average latency about 6% and 8% better than that of DR and TCCB, respectively.

Abstract A symbol is one of the meaning-giving elements of language that shows the special capacity of words in depicting multiple and diverse concepts. By reflecting on the poems of the last three decades, we can see that in ritual poetry, symbols are repeated in a chain and lead the audience’s mind to different meanings. In this way, a network of meanings is formed in the audience’s mind. This is where understanding and receiving the symbol is important. This article examines and analyzes the ritual poems of the last decade in terms symbolic network. The research is a descriptive-analytical one based on library sources. How diverse is the symbolic network in ritual poetry? And what is the contribution of these symbols to the semantic network of the poem? The variety of symbols in contemporary ritual poetry can be classified into several clusters named color symbolic cluster, city symbolic cluster, calendar symbolic cluster, and character symbolic cluster. The symbolic context of these poems undoubtedly introduces sublime concepts such as social justice, hope, objection to injustice, and presentation of accurate images of social life.

At the beginning, this article deals with the concept of the language of the Quran and its history and also with the meaning of the symbol and mystery. Then, three basic attitudes of symbolism in the Quran have been considered. At first, the attitude of symbolism in its general meaning that considers all of the Quran as symbolic signs have been introduced and criticized and then the specific meaning of the symbolism about the attributes of God from the view of Poul Telish have been explained and criticized. At the second step, the more specific meaning of symbolism from the view of martyr Motahary have been propounded that they are those moral and mystical tokens in some Quranic propositions with their epistemological property. At the end, it is referred to the deference between symbol and allegory.

Developments in the Persian painting enjoy a relative continuity and progression despite historic interruptions and the influence of foreign cultures, and many visual and thematic commonalities are observed in the works of different ages of the Persian painting. Symbolism as one of the tools of visual expression and a representation of concepts has brought many works of the Persian panting together both in terms of form and concept. Therefore, a survey on the symbolic elements and semiotics in the Persian painting is considerable with regards to the status of the symbols and the method of their application in various eras. Evaluation of the various symbolic elements through their categorization into geometrical, composed and natural symbols has prepared the ground for a better and more accurate process of studying the function of the elements, the symbolic setting and symbolism in general in the Persian paintings. The symbolic elements as representations of exalted and remote concepts and have evident and remarkable manifestations which have often maintained their connections with tangible reality. The Persian artist has exposed symbolic paintings with different functions, sometimes through a completely immaterial and abstract method, sometimes inspired by the reality, sometimes by exaggerating the actual characteristics and sometimes by composing different characteristics, which have facilitated the bounds and relations with intangible concepts and meanings in the picture setting by means of symbolic composition. In fact, the Persian painter in various eras uses the valuable background of Persian poem and literature as well as deep concepts of Iranian Wisdom and Islamic Mysticism, not to represent the tangible nature but to express the symbolic significance. Therefore, innovation and application of the symbolic elements in the visual language of the Persian painting in various eras have gone through a complementary process in terms of form and content.
